“THE FOUR HOUR RULE”

To spotlight the rugged versatility of their new Wrangler, Jeep partnered with InsideHook on a pair of our popular “Four Hour Rule” travel guides — we held that approximately four hours door-to-door represents the appropriate amount of travel for a proper getaway, and the Wrangler represented the perfect vehicle for the series’ spirit of adventure.
We created two getaway guides — one slightly more upscale and refined and the other a little more outdoors-y and adventurous — for our audiences in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, and then shot snackable teaser videos for the New York guides that spotlighted the recommended upstate destinations (and the Wrangler too, of course) in dynamic fashion.
The videos were deployed across InsideHook’s social channels to drive to the guides, resulting in record traffic and engagement.
